CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice on all appointment rescheduling and cancellations due to our commitment to serve all our clients. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. We require 48 hours notice for groups, couples and appointments with multiple services. Full service price will be charged for no shows. All appointment reservations must be held with a credit card or pre-paid. Deposits of 40-50% are required for services booked online. Deposits are transferable or refunded with proper cancellation notice.
